Welcome! My name is Erica, and I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach in Syracuse, NY. But before all that, I was just a mom who felt completely stuck in her own body. I was exhausted, uncomfortable, and frustrated. Every time I tried to make a change, I’d fall off track and feel even more discouraged. I resigned myself to the idea that this was just who I would be- overweight, out of shape, and constantly running on empty.
Walking into a gym 7 years ago changed everything. It lit a fire in me that I thought had fizzled out- I was slowly starting to feel stronger, my confidence came back, and my energy returned. For the first time in a long time, I felt proud of myself and what I could achieve.
This transformation has inspired me to help other- especially those who feel defeated, discouraged, and ready to give up.
I know what it feels like to be stuck. And I know what it takes to get unstuck.
Whether you’re just getting started, starting over (again), or trying to finally break the cycle, I’ll meet you where you’re at- with empathy, real life strategies, and no judgment. Just solid coaching and honest support from someone who’s been there.
For 22 years, I have worked as a special education teaching assistant with special needs students. I also hold a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Syracuse University (Go, Orange!)
When I’m not working, you can find me hanging with my rad husband , Ty- a certified personal trainer/ bad ass ninja with 35 years of martial arts training. We live with my teenage son and adorable dog, Zagnut. I also love cycling, hiking, discovering new breweries, cooking, reading books that give me nightmares, and binge watching The Office or anything that’s true crime ( Keith Morrison voiceovers are preferred!)

My nutrition philosophy is rooted in sustainability and simplicity — no fads, trendy diets, or extremes. Just nutritious foods, mindful choices, and consistent habits that fit into real life for long-term success.
